On Sep 26th, the contract signing ceremony of CHEN Zongji Rock and Soil Engineering Elites Class is held in Wuhan University of Technology(WHUT). The Class is jointly founded by IRSM and WHUT. Director LI Haibo and Deputy Director SHENG Qian from IRSM are present at the ceremony. SHENG Qian signs the contract with WHUT as the representative of IRSM.
