On Nov 6th, the 2013 program discussion meeting on Treatment Technology of Strong Expansive Soil Slope is held in Wuhan successfully. This is a program of national s&t supporting plan in the 12th Five-Year period. Participants of the meeting includes researchers from IRSM, Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, Design and Research, Hohai University, The Second Design and Research Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower of Hebei Province. The meeting is hosted by researcher CHEN Shanxiong from IRSM.

Heads of every special subject give specific reports on annual implementation, financial situation and the next working plan. Participants have wild and complete discussion on key technology problems in the program implementation.

At the end of the meeting, researchers put forward detailed suggestions to cooperative research between different subjects and problems in treatment technology of strong expansive soil slope.
