Recent days, Hubei Provincial Foreign Experts Affairs Bureau circulated a notice for Validity of Foreign Experts Employment Qualification Annual Inspection in 2014, IRSM passed the annual inspection, is allowed to register.

It is reported that according to the 2015 NO. 20 Notice from State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs P. R. China, this annual inspection allows 63 Bachelor degrees and above education system institutions and non education system institutions to register, canceled 1 institution's qualification.

In 2008, in order to adapt to the new situation of the international cooperation, IRSM started to declare Foreign Experts Employment Qualification. IRSM published IRSM Foreign Experts Employment Management Regulation, established foreign experts employment channels, improved foreign experts employment regulations, determined compensation and benefits. In terms of facilities, scientific research and daily management regulations, exit-entry management and security, IRSM carried out a large number of rigorous and meticulous work. By the end of that year, IRSM passed the application of Foreign Experts Employment Qualification. After that, in accordance with the requirements of Hubei Provincial Foreign Experts Affairs Bureau, IRSM developed self-examination and rectification work every year, ensured the extension of qualification, laid a good foundation for foreign experts employment work.
