Recently, the Mine-use Movable Saving Cabin jointly developed by IRSM(Wuhan), CAS and Jiyuan Mining Electric Appliance of Henan Province, passes appraise of achievement appraising conference held by Programming and Technology department of National Work Safety Administration in Beijing. The experts think that the saving cabin has mostly reached the international advanced level.
As introduced by the project host, Wu Wen, the chief engineer of IRSM test center, the Mine-use Movable Saving Cabin make multidimensional technological reform and innovation as well as unique setting in several aspects, such as structure and safety, multiple oxygen supply supporting system, cooling and dehumidifying, survival material support, cabin environmental comfort level control, etc; a 120 hour comprehensive human protection performance test is also completed successfully and achieve expected effect.
Wu Wen, working as a doctoral supervisor, the current chief engineer of Rock and Soil Test Center(test platform of CAS )in IRSM(Wuhan), CAS, Commissary of Hubei Provincial Deep Excavation Scrutiny Committee, judge for Construction Project Bid of Hubei Province, member of The Tenth CPPCC of Wuhan; study mainly on mine-filling, mine and geotechnical security and underground energy storage. He has hosted 1 project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 National Program on Key Basic Research Project of China(as the project leader of this 973 program), and several technological project of Wuhan City and Hubei province. Wu has published more than 60 theses and 2 monograph(1 English version published in German); more than 30 articles of his are included in EI, Wu has also obtained many patents. In 2010, he was subsidized by Foundation for Overseas Outstanding Technology Talents of CAS.
