On Mayl 27, Expert review meeting is hosted by Institute of Standard Quota Research(Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) in Zhengzhou. The experts have reviewed Operation and Maintenance Technology Regulations about Domestic Refuse Landfill Gas Collection, Disposal and Utilization Program Standard(shortly as Regulations) edited by IRSM(Wuhan), CAS. 11 experts and representatives of standard chief editor and co-editor units from Institute of Standard Quota Research(Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), Town Environmental Sanitation Standard Technology Authorities of Development Ministry and relevant industries have attended the meeting.

After listening to the reporting of researcher Xue Qiang from chief editing unit  IRSM(Wuhan) , the expert group fully reviews and discusses about the standard draft submitted for review, they all agree that the regulation is with full, accurate and reliable contents, it meets format and content request of Program Construction Standard Compiling Regulation; Regulations uses safe operation maintenance of domestic refuse landfill gas collection, disposal and utilization program as the basic starting point and has combined domestic and abroad operation and maintenance experiences of domestic refuse landfill gas collection, disposal and utilization program. It takes regional disparity into consideration and is compiled on the basis of substantive investigation and comparative research, which bring advancement and strong applicability. Regulations is in accord with other standards and with no technological problems left; Regulations proposes accurate compulsory items in the draft for review; it raises comprehensive operation and maintenance request in the aspects of landfill gas pumping control, pre-dispose, gas utilization, automatic control and auxiliary facilities, it is especially innovative in safety control of landfill gas. The expert group suggests that contents related to safety and environmental protection, such as torch ignition purging, positive pressure piping nitrogen replacement, anti-static in closed space,flammable gas on-line monitoring probe maintenance, should be set as compulsory items. Experts think that Regulations compiling has reached international advanced level and agree to the review.

Regulations is the first technology standard about operation maintenance of domestic refuse landfill gas collection, disposal and utilization program at home and abroad, it will further promote and regulate relevant work of domestic refuse landfill gas collection and utilization in China. Regulations sets the target of regulating domestic refuse landfill gas collection, disposal and utilization program maintenance, and is devote to safe and stable operation of domestic refuse landfill gas collection, disposal and utilization program. It has crucial practical significance to improving refuse landfill site standard system and promoting domestic refuse landfill gas resource utilization and safe operation.
