Aim to the parameter assessment of rock mechanics and safety controlling for rock under blasting excavation, this research integrate laboratory and in-situ experiment, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, developed the site investigation methods and blasting safety controlling in nuclear power plant engineering. The research achievement had been successful applied in many nuclear power plant projects in China and showed great impacts to the development of economy and society.
