On Nov. 15th, the ceremony of The University and Institute Framework Agreement for the innovation of Science and Education holds in Anhui University of Science & Technology (AUST). This agreement is signed by IRSM and AUST. Vice director of IRSM, Researcher SHENG Qian, and vice president of AUST, Prof. ZHENG Mingdong attend the ceremony.

To strengthen the collaborative innovation of science and technology, based on the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, resource sharing and common development, IRSM and AUST decide to establish a strategic cooperative relations, so that both sides can give full play to the resource advantage in various aspects, such as graduates training, academic exchange and scientific research. After talking things over for many times, IRSM and AUST decide to sign The University and Institute Framework Agreement for the innovation of Science and Education. The agreement makes full use of high-quality scientific research and education resources of IRSM, subject construction, talent cultivation and source of students of AUST, to achieve the optimal allocation of educational resources. According to the agreement, AUST selects around 10 master degree candidates to go to IRSM to have cooperative cultivation, IRSM's teachers will be the first tutor.

After the ceremony, at the invitation of AUST, Researcher SHENG Qian and Researcher ZHOU Hui deliver academic reports.
