Signing Ceremony of Collaborative Innovation Framework Agreement is held in Hubei University of Technology on Nov 15. Leaders and researchers from IRSM are present at the ceremony; Deputy Director SHENG Qian signs the agreement on behalf of IRSM.

To strengthen collaborative innovation and promote mutual development, IRSM and Hubei University of Technology decide to establish strategic partnership. The partnership will make full use of resource advantages to deepen cooperation in talent cultivation, academic exchange and scientific research. The two parties agree to sign Framework Agreement of Collaborative Innovation after much discussion. IRSM has high quality research and education resources, Hubei University of Technology are predominant in subject construction and talent cultivation, the partnership will optimize science and education resource allocation. According to the framework agreement, 5-10 postgraduates and 5 PhD students from Hubei University of Technology will be jointly trained by IRSM.
