JIANG Chaoliang, secretary of Hubei provincial Party Committee and director of the standing committee of the provincial people's congress, attend the conference, and present the prize for Academician DENG Xiuxin, who made outstanding contributions on science and technology of Hubei Province. Vice-secretary of Hubei provincial Party Committee and governor WANG Xiaodong attend the conference and gave a speech.
