Feb. 23rd, Bureau of S&T for Development Director YAN Qing, Deputy Director CHEN Wenkai visit IRSM, investigate the transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements, and the progress of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Deputy Director (presiding) XUE Qiang, Party Secretary, Deputy Director LU Kaiyang, Deputy Director SHENG Qian, relevant department heads and research group members attend the meeting.

In the meeting, YAN Qing listens to the introduction of institute, it includes development and actual state of IRSM, status of the transfer of sci-tech achievements, the 13th Five-Year Plan and development ideas. Focusing on the transfer of sci-tech achievements, Researchers CHEN Shanxiong, LI Xiaochun, TANG Hua and XUE Qiang deliver reports, respectively. The participants discuss about how to strengthen the transformation of sci-tech achievements, enhance development capacity and other issues after reports.

YAN Qing fully affirms the results of transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements and the 13th Five-Year Plan, especially gives a high evaluation of participating in the national major project construction, the national economy and the regional construction. It is hope that IRSM increases the propaganda of scientific and technological achievements, improve social influence, brings into full play a demonstration role for national economy.
