On May 24, Prof. KONG Lingwei, Vice director of IRSM, Prof. SHENG Qian, Director Assistant of IRSM, signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the representatives of UNPAR (Catholic University of Parahyangan) and ISGE (Indonesian Society for Geotechnical Engineering) to enhance the cooperation between IRSM and Geotechnical Engineering Associations in Indonesia and Malaysia.

According to the MOU, all the parties that involved will make efforts to promote the joint research, exchange of faculty members and research staff, exchange of research publications, training in the area of interest particularly Pile Dynamic Technology and other program approved as suitable for all the parties.
