Currently, according to the notice from Bureau of Personnel and Education Chinese Academy of Sciences, after accepted by CAS, Hu Mingjian and other two young scientific researchers of IRSM are subsidized by Visiting Scholar Project of studying abroad plan supported by CAS. 

With the support from CAS, Hu Mingjian will be studying in American for 12 months. Luo Xingwen, another young researcher earning the support, is going to England for 6 months. Gao Hong, one the first group of Doctor introduced as technology supporting team, is going to spend 6 months in France.

IRSM highly emphasizes cultivation of young scientific researchers, encourage them to take active part in international academy interaction activities and try to apply for subsidized project of studying abroad. We should focus on candidates' qualification, actively enhance communication with superior departments and win support. By communicating and cooperating with overseas colleagues, scientific researchers could consistently improve technological innovation ability of our institute, which brings crucial significance to technology development of IRSM.
