From Nov 2th to 5th, Bilateral Conference of CERC-ACTC is held in Wyoming in America. IRSM is the chief Chinese representative of CERC-ACTC No.6 Task. Researcher LI Xiaochun and other team members from IRSM are present at the meeting to make conference reports.

More than 30 Chinese representatives from famous universities, institutes and enterprises are present at the conference. The opening ceremony is hosted by Professor Rob Hurless from Energy College of University of Wyoming. Professor Jerald J. Fletcher and Professor ZHENG Chuguang introduce main work in the recent one year as American representative and Chinese representative. Chief scientist Doctor S. Julio Friedman makes a specific introduction of technology work progress.

Every task team summarizes their special work in the last year, and discuss on the work plan in the next two years. A new Ten Plans is determined after discussion and representatives make reports according to their discussion. Researcher LI Xiaochun gives the report of No.6 Task with Philip Stauffer from Los Alamos National Laboratory.
